We know you're excited to start your adventure, and we'll get your order to you as quickly as we can!
Fulfillment Time Every piece of BrightCrumbs merchandise is made especially for you as soon as you place your order. This means there is a fulfillment time (the time it takes to create your item) that is separate from the shipping time (the time it takes to get to you). Most orders are fulfilled and ready to ship within 3-7 business days.
Shipping Time Once your order is fulfilled, it is shipped with a trusted carrier.

Tracking Your Order You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to follow your package on its journey to you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be absolutely happy with your new BrightCrumbs gear. Because each item is made especially for you, we handle returns a little differently than most stores.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we sincerely apologize! We want to fix it right away. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include a clear photo of the issue. We'll happily send you a replacement at no cost.
Sizing & Buyer’s Remorse
Since our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that do not fit or for a change of mind. Please be sure to check the size guide on the product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit for your new Crumb Club gear.
How to Start a Return
